Shipping policy

We currently ship across India and aim to make every order reach you safely and on time.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are generally dispatched within 1-2 business days. Once your order is ready, it is handed over to our courier partner. Processing may occasionally take longer due to weekends, public holidays or unexpected operational delays.

Delivery Time

Orders are delivered within approximately 3-7 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, PIN code and courier partner. Delivery estimates are indicative and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on orders of ₹699 or above.
  
• Shipping charges for orders below ₹699 will be shown at checkout.
  

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you so you can follow your shipment.

Address Changes

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us before your order is dispatched. We'll do our best to help, but changes may not be possible once the order has been handed over to the courier.

Delivery Attempts

Please ensure that your delivery address, PIN code and contact number are correct and that someone is available to receive the order.
If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unreachable contact number, refusal to accept the order or repeated failed attempts, the package may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be shipped again.
